  mkoverlay: big refactor to create a more flexible file structure and inventory data structure to accomodate, for example, HLS renditions of an entire folder. Completely untested for now.

  sh: changed default params in timelapse.sh. The default rate is now 8x and the strobe effect is 4 fps (or 1 frame every 2 real seconds).
